Shipping Policy

Every bag of Caw’s Cawffee is roasted to order and shipped directly from our roasting partner. Nothing sits on a shelf, it’s roasted, packed, and on its way to you within days.


Processing Time

Orders are roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the roaster.

We roast on demand, so during holidays or peak times, shipping may take an extra day or two — but we do everything we can to keep things moving quickly.


Shipping Time

 

  • U.S. orders: usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipping.
  • Hawaii and Alaska: delivery may take a bit longer depending on carrier service.
  • Once your package leaves our facility, final delivery times are managed by the carrier (USPS or UPS).


U.S. Territories and International Shipping

We hope to expand shipping to these areas soon.

 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

If tracking shows delivered but your package isn’t there, check with neighbors or your local post office first — most show up within a day or two.

If it’s still missing, email us at hello@cawscawffee.com and we’ll help you sort it out.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll gladly reship it — but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.
