Return & Refund Policy

We roast every bag of Caw’s Cawffee to order and ship it straight from the roaster, it doesn’t sit on a shelf. Because each order is custom roasted, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste, or ordering errors.

That said, we always want you to enjoy your coffee and have a great experience with us!


If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hello@cawscawffee.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short note.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when it’s clearly our mistake or a shipping problem.

 

What we can’t take back

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we can’t accept:

  • Opened or used bags of coffee
  • Unwanted items or “didn’t like the flavor” returns
  • Orders delayed by carriers once they’re in transit
  • Items sent back without contacting us first


Lost or unclaimed packages

If a shipment comes back to us because the address was entered incorrectly or wasn’t claimed at delivery, we can reship it — but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.


We’re a small business, and every bag is roasted just for you. These guidelines help us keep our prices fair and our coffee fresh.
